Research Guru is an AI-powered academic assistant that helps researchers analyze PDF files (usually research papers) and extract structured insights.
You can upload PDFs only. While we expect research papers, you can technically upload any PDF. Unexpected content may result in unusual or low-quality output. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content.
You use tokens to process files. Your results are AI-generated insights that help you work faster. Use them for academic or internal research—even in commercial environments.
We use multiple AI models behind the scenes, including but not limited to those from OpenAI. Accuracy is not guaranteed. You agree to third-party terms related to model usage.
We store uploaded files temporarily to generate results. Files are deleted unless you choose to keep them. Raw output logs may be retained briefly for troubleshooting.

You may use the Service for academic or commercial research purposes. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any content you upload.
You agree not to upload any content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property, or contains sensitive personal data without consent. We are not responsible for the contents of your files.
The Service uses AI models and infrastructure provided by third parties (e.g., OpenAI, Azure). You agree not to use Research Guru in any way that violates their respective terms of service.
All platform software, design, and content (excluding your uploads) are the property of Research Guru or its licensors. You’re granted a non-exclusive license to use outputs for internal research or academic purposes only.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or biased. We do not guarantee that results will be suitable for your purpose. Use with critical academic judgment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Research Guru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens purchased within the past 6 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
